API documentation

Mattermost

Leak events are posted to the selected Mattermost channel as notifications.

How it works

The connection uses an incoming webhook address. Because Mattermost runs on your own server, notifications never leave your organisation.

Notifications go only to the channel the webhook is bound to. Users, channels and message history are not accessed.

Limits

The address must be https and the server has to be reachable from outside.
Internal network and cloud metadata addresses are refused.
The leaked value itself is not in the notification.

Setup

The setup steps are in the panel, on the integration’s own screen. What to do on the provider side and which value goes where is written there.
